- IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY A PATIENT OF THE REEF, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP AS A PATIENT TO ACCESS ONLINE ORDERING. LOGIN WITH YOUR PATIENT REGISTRY NUMBER OR STATE ID NUMBER.
- A VALID PHONE NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED WITH EVERY ONLINE ORDER. ORDERS WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED.
- SALES/DISCOUNTED ITEMS WILL BE DISCOUNTED AT PICKUP.
- FIRST-TIME PATIENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO PRE-REGISTER AS A NEW PATIENT AT THE REEF, PLEASE GO TO “REGISTRATION” FOR MORE INFORMATION ON BECOMING A MEMBER.
- ONLINE ORDERS MAY BE PLACED FOR PICKUP SUN – SAT 11AM-6PM. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 6PM WILL BE FULFILLED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

PRE-REGISTRATION ONLINE FOR FIRST-TIME PATIENTS
Online Registration is ONLY for patients who have NEVER visited The Reef. It is NOT for current patients who want to place an online order.
If you are a new patient and would like to pre-register to become a member at The Reef, please refer to our “REGISTRATION” tab located on our home page.
ONLINE ORDERING FOR RETURNING PATIENTS
If you are currently a patient of The Reef you do NOT need to sign up as a patient.
Simply login with your Patient Registry Number or your State ID Number by entering it in the box provided next to “ORDER ONLINE.”
Login with One of the Following:
- Patient Registry Number: Enter your Patient Registry Number located on your medical card. Please enter the number EXACTLY as it appears on your medical card (Format: P123456-123456).
- State ID Number: Enter your State ID Number located on your Government Issued Photo ID (Format: A123456789000 or A123 456 789 000).
Requirements for Placing and Picking Up an Online Order:
- A valid phone number MUST be noted on your online order or it will be cancelled.
- We please ask that you allow us a minimum of 2 hours to fulfill your online order.
- You must be a current patient of The Reef.
- Only the patient who placed the order can pick up the order.
- You must present both of the following to pick up your order:
- 1. Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- 2. Valid Michigan Medical Marihuana Card
Please be advised that some items are limited and may not be available at the time your order is placed. We will try our best to fulfill your order, but cannot guarantee the availability or quantity of all products selected.
PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
- Upon arrival, please inform the receptionist that you are picking up an online order.
THE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS STEP-BY-STEP .
Once you’ve reached the main navigation to our menu – You should see your name underneath our logo in the top left hand corner.
Under the search menu bar there are categories such as “Cannabis“, “Concentrates“, “Concentrates Wax“, “Edibles“, and “More.” If you click on “More” you will also see “Preroll“, “Seeds“, “Shake“, “Tincture“, “Topicals“, and “Other“, These are great ways to navigate and browse our products.
If you know the strain or item you’re looking for simply type the name or keywords in the search menu. For example – “Cartridges“
Once you’ve found the item you want, simply click on the item, and select the quantity on the right hand side.
Made a mistake? Just click the red x next to the name of the item on the right hand side.
Please make sure your pickup time is at least 2 hours from the time you are placing your order.
Finally, select “Finish Order.“
